Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Non-Attendance
We recognize that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However:
- Rescheduling or Cancellation Requests: Requests made within five (5) full business days before the course start date (excluding weekends) are non-refundable.
- Non-Attendance: Failure to attend on the day of the session will also be non-refundable, as slots and resources are reserved specifically for you.
Invoicing and Charges
To ensure seamless planning and delivery:
- Charges and invoicing are based on the approved quote and reflect the greater of the confirmed or actual number of participants.
- This policy ensures we allocate the appropriate resources and maintain the quality of our sessions.
Private Booking Cancellations
A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover preparatory costs if the booking is canceled. This helps us maintain flexibility and reliability for all clients.
IST reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or other causes.
