Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Federal course the same as the Ontario regulated course?

The courses are similar in nature; however, the Federal EWP Training specifically addresses the Canada Labour Code Part II and the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. In contrast, Ontario legislated EWP Training focuses on the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario) and related provincial standards. This results in different legislative requirements and regulatory compliance expectations.
