However:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rescheduling or Cancellation Requests: Requests made within five (5) full business days before the course start date (excluding weekends) are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Non-Attendance: Failure to attend on the day of the session will also be non-refundable, as slots and resources are reserved specifically for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Invoicing and Charges<\/strong><br \/>\nTo ensure seamless planning and delivery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Charges and invoicing are based on the approved quote and reflect the greater of the confirmed or actual number of participants.<\/li>\n<li>This policy ensures we allocate the appropriate resources and maintain the quality of our sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Private Booking Cancellations<\/strong><br \/>\nA 10% cancellation fee applies to cover preparatory costs if the booking is canceled.
