Refund Policy<\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]No cash refunds \u2013 in-store credit only, not inclusive of shipping costs. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from the IST office, and the client must provide the Order number at the time of the request. If for any reason you are not satisfied with product received from IST, you may return the product within 30 days from time of receipt, for in-store credit. Within this time products may be returned, freight pre-paid, and must be in their original packaging and in re-sealable condition. IST has the right to refuse credits on damaged, used or non-re-sealeable items. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.<\/p>\n
