Overview
Join Safety Design Strategies Inc. as a Safety Operations Manager and play a key role in overseeing our day-to-day operations at a leading safety consulting company. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who excels in project management, recruitment, training, and operational coordination. You’ll work closely with both our internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and a safe, compliant work environment.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Estimation: Create detailed estimates for safety projects, ensuring proper resources and costs are aligned with safety standards.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source and hire qualified safety professionals to ensure project success and adherence to safety regulations.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process and provide essential safety training for new hires, ensuring they meet site-specific requirements.
- Financial Tracking: Review timesheets, expenses, and manage AR/AP to ensure timely, accurate financial processing.
- Safety Documentation: Maintain accurate, accessible safety records for projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Scheduling: Coordinate employee schedules on job sites based on project needs and safety regulations.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor qualification processes to ensure partners meet safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in safety management or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software
- Experience managing vendor qualifications (preferred)

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
