Professional quantitative respirator fit testing that meets CSA Z94.4-18 standards. Available every Tuesday and Thursday at our Waterloo office.
Respirator Options
We can fit test a wide range of respirators. After booking, you’ll receive a form to specify your respirator requirements.
Bring Your Own Respirator
SafetyCo can fit test the following respirators when you bring them to your appointment:
- MSA half-face and full-face respirators
- North half-face and full-face respirators
- 3M half-face and full-face respirators
- Scott full-face respirators (for use as SCBA)
- N95 respirators

Book Your Fit Test
Select your preferred date and 30-minute time slot below. Each appointment covers one respirator fit test. If you need to be tested on multiple respirators, please book a separate appointment for each.
Come Prepared for Your Appointment
SafetyCo is completing fit testing under the assumption that the client has ensured documentation of health surveillance confirming a respirator user’s ability to use a respirator as per CSA Z94.4-18 (Section 12). To ensure an accurate and successful fit test, please follow these requirements:
Arrive Clean-Shaven
You must be shaved within 24 hours of your appointment. Facial hair that interferes with the respirator’s seal will result in a failed test.
Avoid Smoking & Vaping
Do not smoke or vape for at least 30 minutes prior to your fit test. This ensures an accurate seal measurement.
Bring Your Respirator
If you have a company-issued elastomeric respirator that requires fit testing, please bring it to your appointment.
Note: ACUTE completes fit testing under the assumption that clients have documented health surveillance confirming the respirator user’s ability to wear a respirator as per CSA Z94.4-18 (Section 12).
